Capture Logs

Mac

  1. In the menu bar on top of the screen, click "Close.io", then "Developer", then click the log you want to capture. To capture the SIP log for example, you would click "Show SIP Log."
  2. Console will open. Click "File", then click "Save a Copy As..."
  3. Repeat steps #1 and #2 for any additional logs you wish to capture. 
  4. Once you've saved the log files to your hard drive, email support@close.io with the attachments.

Windows

  1. Press the ALT key to display the menu bar.
  2. Click "Developer", then click on the log you wish to capture. 
  3. Notepad will open. Click "File", then click "Save As..."
  4. Repeat these steps for any additional logs you wish to capture.
  5. Once you've saved the log files to your hard drive, email support@close.io with the attachments.
