Add images to emails

To add an image in the body of your email, rather than just attaching the image file to the email, there are a few steps to follow.

Open your email and first attach the image you want to use by clicking on the paperclip icon at the bottom of the email.




Navigate to where you have saved the image, choose the image, and upload it.
Once it's attached, right click the file and choose "Copy Link Address".




Once you've copied the link address, click on the insert image icon located below the subject line of the email.



Paste the link address into the "Enter URL" field and click "OK."


Your image will then appear in the body of the email.

Then you can delete the attached image file by clicking the small x next to the file name.
